We are an Arts and Entertainment company providing solutions for your event planning needs, as well as commercial art, marketing, advertising, video production and business development consultation.

Creative Art Productions is more than just an arts and entertainment company. We are a discerning network of highly skilled designers and artisans, collected through years of service in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, and around the world, in such fields as design, fabrication, procurement, business development, installation, integration and production. We are a design, renovation, remodeling and investment company owned and operated as an LLC since 7/07. 
 
Company History
Creative Art Productions (formerly Divine Design)was launched as a sole proprietorship in 1998, specializing in the Arts and Entertainment field. In 2007 its founder, James A Winkler (AKA Jamie Winkler) created CAP Enterprises LLC to house the diversity of services offered to accomodate the growing demands of the industry. Not only an art production company anymore, CAP covers a wide range of business marketing, accounting, management, commercial investment, development and enhancement services, but art is still our passion and we bring it into everything we do with just that kind of style.
 
Our Customers
In China "customer" means guest. Our sensitivity to your preference is what makes us a service oriented rather than a success oriented business. It is with this in mind that we serve you in all we do, commercial or residential, with the same style as we would our honored guest; though, ironically enough, we are often invited into our customers' homes and office spaces.
